Event Name: Wild for Watercolors

Location: Johnson Building, 1st Floor, Art Studio

After viewing the exhibit Color-Charged Selections from the Permanent Collection, we'll head down to the art studio to create some colorful art! Activities will include creating an abstract watercolor still life and painting in the whimsical style of Spanish artist Joan Miro. For ages 5-12. RSVPs are required two business days in advance. Event Name: Collagraph Printmaking
Price: $5-members/$10-nonmembers
Location: Johnson Building, 1st Floor, Art Studio

We'll be inspired by the printmaking exhibit currently on view in the O'Connor gallery to create our own collagraph prints. A very creative form of printmaking, collagraph prints can be made with many different materials including cardboard, yarn, fabric, leaves, tape, and more so come prepared to experiment!
